Privacy Policy

Effective October 23, 2026

This policy explains what VialunaTechnology collects through this website, why, and how you can ask for it to be deleted. VialunaTechnology is run by Shane Foster in Park City, Utah.

What we collect

When you request an app concept, we collect what you enter in the form:

• Your name and email address.
• Your course website address.
• Your current course platform and your note about what students should do more easily, if you choose to provide them.

We also record when the request was sent, which page it came from, and any campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source or utm_campaign).

Technical information

Like most websites, the server and its hosting provider process technical details such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. Our form uses your IP address briefly in memory to limit repeated submissions; it is not stored with your request.

We count a small number of anonymous events, such as clicks on the main button and whether a request succeeded or failed. These counts do not include your name, email, or anything you type into the form.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If you arrive through a link with campaign tags, those tags are kept in your browser's session storage until you close the tab so they can be attached to your request.

How we use it

We use your details only to review your course, decide whether there is a fit, and reply to you about your request. We do not add you to a mailing list or sell your information.

Who processes it

• Our website hosting provider, which stores submitted requests on the server that runs this site.
• Resend, an email delivery service, which sends Shane an internal notification containing your request.

How long we keep it

We keep request details for as long as needed to respond to you and to follow up on a possible project. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

To see, correct, or delete the information you submitted, email shane@VialunaTechnology.com. We'll confirm when it's done.

Changes

If we change how this website collects or uses information, we'll update this page and its effective date.
